Breathe with the Music

Summer — with its long days and and more casual vibe — is often considered the lower-stress season. Between juggling vacation schedules, treating bug bites, and trying to cram in every last bit of fun in the sun (all added to the mix of your daily responsibilities, no less), it can be anything but stress-free.

Next time you’re feeling a little frazzled, try this organic breathing and relaxation technique, courtesy of Living Like a Child: Learn, Live, and Teach Creatively by Enrique C. Feldman.
